Please note that any tunes labeled as "91 octane" you should be purchasing 93 octane and adding some Octanium or Boostane 12-16 oz. To increase that pump 91 octane rating(why?-it almost never tests true 91). Adding true octane booster is recommended for all tunes! All tunes labeled "Braap" are not to be trail ridden at steady throttle positions for any period of time more that 15 seconds. "Braap" tunes can create extra heat as there is more boost in the midrange!!! Use with varied throttle positions! All "Braap" tunes should use minimum 93 octane plus true octane booster of 5 points!

Ski-Doo G4 850 Turbo:

HRSS ski-doo 2021-22 850 ETEC summit turbo stock pipe tune package with 5 tunes include: 

• Stage 1 tune is 184 hp on 91 octane pump gas
• Stage 2 tune is 194 hp on 93 octane pump gas
• Stage 3 tune is 209 hp on 100 octane blend gas
• Stage 4 tune is 220 hp on 114 race gas
• Stage 5 tune is 237 hp on 114 race gas

New for 2024 jaws pipe turbo tunes for 2021-22 summit models! 3 jaws pipe tunes are now included.

• Stage 1 is 200hp on 91 octane
• Stage 2 is 209 hp on 93+ octane
• Stage 3 is 225 hp on 100 octane

These tunes are included in the stock pipe package for a total of 8 tunes in the "Stock" pipe package now! These numbers were verified at Dynotech research in January 2023 & October 2023. Clutching available for all tunes. We highly recommend getting one of our boost tubes with any flash packages! Jaws or diamond s muffler recommended with flashes over 230hp!

Ski-Doo G5 850 Turbo:

The HRSS ski-doo summit 2023-25 850 Turbo R 5 tune package with stock pipe: 

• Stage 1 tune is 200 hp on 93 octane pump gas. 
• Stage 2 tune is 212 hp on 95 octane pump gas 
• Stage 2.5 tune is 220hp on 100 octane blend gas 
• Stage 3 tune is 230 hp on 100 octane blend gas 
• Stage 4 tune is 240hp on 105 octane blend gas 

Our tunes have more throttle response, no lag and wicked top end pull. Clutch kits available for tunes. We highly recommend getting one of our boost tubes with any flash packages! Jaws or diamond s muffler recommended with flashes over 236hp!

Stock pipe tune package-all tunes included:

• Stage 1 stock pipe tune is 208 hp on 93 octane ethanol pump gas
• Stage 2 stock pipe tune is 217 hp on 95 octane ethanol pump gas with Octanium
• Stage 2 stock pipe cross country race tune 217 hp on 100 octane blend gas (8 minutes WOT tested in Alaska)
• Stage 3 stock pipe tune is 222 hp on 100 octane blend gas

Ski-Doo G5 850 Turbo R with Jaws Pipe (Ethanol Blend Fuel)

Jaws pipe tune package - all tunes included:

• Stage 1 jaws pipe tune 215 hp 93 octane ethanol with octane booster added 
• Stage 1 jaws pipe braap tune 222 hp 95 octane with octane booster added (big midrange hp and quick throttle response-not for trail cruising at mid throttle) 
• Stage 2 jaws pipe tune is 234 hp on 100 octane blend gas
• Stage 2 jaws pipe tune for 850 cross country racing (20 minutes WOT in Alaska) 100 octane 229 hp!
• Stage 3 jaws pipe tune is 245 hp on 110 octane race gas
• Stage 4 jaws pipe tune is 262 hp on x16 race gas
• Stage 5 jaws pipe tune is 276 hp on x16 race gas

Our tunes have more throttle response, no lag and wicked top end pull. Clutch kits available for tunes for both drag racing and high performance trail! .We highly recommend getting one of our boost tubes, vforce 3 reeds, and hyvo gear packages with any flash packages! Any tunes not specified as 91 octane fuel are race tunes only! Jaws or diamond s muffler recommended, and vf4 reeds & hyvo gear kits should be considered mandatory with flashes over 234hp! Stock muffler not recommended for anything over 222hp!

Ski-Doo G4 850 NA:

HRSS ski-doo 2017-2024 850 Etec NA tune package with 3 tunes included:

• Hot trail flash is 4-5 hp increase and quicker throttle response and acceleration with 93 octane fuel recommended
• Lake race flash is 98 octane trail safe flash which has increased acceleration, more top end horsepower 5-6 hp, and quicker throttle response

Use VP Octanium in 91 pump gas to get a true 93-98 octane blend the HRSS drag flash is for up to 660 feet drag racing with incredible acceleration and more top end horsepower with 110 octane fuel required 7-8 hp gains.

Polaris:

HRSS Polaris Boost tune package with 6 tunes included:

•  Stage 1 plus package - 206 hp sport tune, 206 braap tune, and a 87 octane safe tune all on your Polaris 7s display-change the tune on the fly!  The braap tune is our sport tune but applies more boost in the midrange- great for tree riding, short drags, and ripping (not for extended trail riding or 30 second chute pulls): all tunes on stock pipe with race tunes with diamond s titanium quiet turbo muffler

• Stage 1 tune is 206 hp on 91 octane pump gas
• Stage 2 tune is 222 hp on 100 octane blend gas
• Stage 3 tune is 242 hp on 114 race gas
• Stage 4 tune is 255 hp on 114 race gas
• Stage 5 tune is 268 hp on 114 race gas

Stage 3,4, & 5 tunes are race tunes for under 1000 -1500 feet wide open pulls. These horsepower numbers were verified at Dynotech research in January 2023. We have clutch kits available for all tunes. Diamond s muffler recommended and vf3 reed petals and billet aluminum intake should be considered mandatory with flashes over 236hp!

Fuel requirements: use fuel with ethanol in it! Please be aware that most labeled 91 gas station fuel does not meet the octane requirements of true 91 octane. You need to purchase 93 with ethanol or add some octane boost (vp octanium has worked well in our testing) to gas station 91 to actually meet true 91 octane. When trail riding any of our tunes listed as requiring 91 octane and you purchasing 91 fuel on the trail be aware that what you are putting in your tank is rarely meeting the octane rating on the pump! We highly suggest adding vp octanium or a similar true point adding octane booster! Fuel with ethanol is much better than non-ethanol fuel in regards to detonation. Use fuel with ethanol in it! The turbo sleds work better and prevent detonation better with ethanol in the fuel! All 100 to 115 octane tunes were vp x16 or sunoco cyclone straight or mixed with true 91-93 octane ethanol pump gas. At our shop we use vp x16 for all personal 114 race tunes. We use vp x16 blended with true tested 91-93 octane ethanol pump gas (you need to purchase 93 which tests 91 usually) for all 100 & 110 octane blends. Use google to find the blend percentage to meet your octane requirements. Do not ask us if "X" brand or "X" additive will work- we didn't test anything else. Vp octanium is the only additive we tested to add to 91 octane pump gas to boost true octane points if needed! We do not recommend trying to boost 91 to 100 octane ever!
