RPM Powersports Polaris Boost Blow Off Valve ( BOV ) Kit
RPM is not new to the BOV industry by any means. The RPM BOV kit not only improves throttle response but takes the stress of the turbo flutter off the turbine wheel allowing for quicker spool times. This kit does require the use of the RPM Polaris Boost Charge Tube for BOV installation. This installation can be done on the machine safely by an experienced mechanic.
BOV installation requires taping into a vacuum port post reed valves. The factory engine cases do have a casting spot for this. Drilling and tapping is required. All Silicone Hoses use stainless Silicone Safe Worm Gear clamps. A BOV block off cap is included with every charge tube if a BOV kit will not be used.
